SQN BANKING SYSTEM RECEIVES PREMIER VENDOR
ENDORSEMENT FROM NEW JERSEY BANKERS ASSOCIATION SERVICE CORP
Rancocas, New Jersey – SQN Banking System, a leading provider of integrated check fraud prevention software for the U.S.
banking industry, has recently been endorsed as a premier vendor of the New Jersey Bankers Association Service Corp. The recognition makes
SQN one of 16 companies whose services are recommended to the association’s bank members.
The Service Corp within the New Jersey Banking Association plays an important role for its members. “We bring quality vendors to our
members after conducting extensive due diligence and review,” says Susan Bonin, Executive Director of the New Jersey Bankers Association
Service Corp. “I only take before the board companies with a strong position in the market and stable financial statements. SQN meets all
those qualifications, while bringing something new to the marketplace in its exceptional fraud protection products.”
SQN President Joe Uhland was eager to talk about the opportunities the endorsement brings to SQN and New Jersey bankers. “We are very
pleased to receive an endorsement from the New Jersey Bankers Association,” he said. “As a New Jersey-based company for nineteen years,
SQN considers it an honor to be recognized by this fine organization. We look forward to working with many more New Jersey bankers to
help them avoid fraud.”
As a sponsor of the annual Tech Expo, the New Jersey Banking Association has asked SQN to exhibit at the trade show this October.
Bonin relates, “Our members rely on us for recommendations and exposure to quality vendors. With fraud protection becoming increasingly
important in today’s banking environment, we are delighted to give New Jersey banks the opportunity to take advantage of SQN’s superior
product offerings.”
SQN Banking Systems was founded in 1983 and is the largest provider of signature verification and integrated check
fraud prevention software for the U.S. banking industry. SQN serves more than 500 customers, with over 300 million signatures ’on-line’
in banks of all sizes, including 8 of the Top Ten U.S. banks and 21 of the Top Thirty. In addition to innovative software and conversion
services, SQN provides on-site installation and training, and outstanding customer service. SQN is on guard against fraud for banks of all sizes.
New Jersey Bankers Association Service Corp was formed in 1995 as the only for-profit division of the New Jersey Bankers Association. The
Service Corp works to bring quality vendors to bank members. Small to medium size commercial banks trust the Service Corp to perform extensive
review and due diligence before making any recommendations. The New Jersey Bankers Association Service Corp does not endorse more than one company
offering the same product or service. One hundred twenty vendors are affiliate members of the New Jersey Bankers Association; however, only sixteen
of those vendors have received premier endorsements by the Service Corp. The Princeton-based New Jersey Bankers Association currently has a membership
of eighty-three commercial banks and will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2003.
